Praise The Ancestors! Praise to my Ancestors! My Father My mother I give praise to my ancestors. I give praise to my guardian angels. I give praise to the universe. I give praise to Mother Earth. I give praise to all of nature and its beings. I give praise to all my guiding spirits. I give praise to all that came before me in this struggle. I give praise to my elders. I give praise to all those who have cared for me, protected me, guided me and loved me. When I approach my Ancestor Altar, show respect, ask forgiveness if I have done wrong – but also tell them my troubles and don’t hesitate to express myself. Give a prayer and offerings of foods. လူတစ် ယောက်နဲ့ တစ် ယောက် ကံ ခြင်း မတူ၊ ဇာတာ ခြင်း မတူသည့်အတွက် မနာလိုခြင်း၊ ၀န်တိုခြင်း ကင်းတယ်။ ဆင်းရဲ၊ ချမ်းသာခြင်းဟာလည်း သူ့ကံ နှင့် သူ့ဇာတာပါ .. ပြိုင်ဆိုင် ... အနိုင်ယူလိုစိတ်ကင်းတယ်။ ရေခြား မြေခြား၊ နိုင်ငံခြားမှာ အဆင် ပြေပြေ နေထိုင်နိုင်ခြင်း၊ အဆင်မပြေခြင်းက လူတစ်ယောက်နဲ့ တစ်ယောက် ကံဇာတာ မတူပါဘူး။ အချစ်ရေး၊ အိမ်ထောင်ရေး၊ ပညာရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေး၊ လူမှုရေး၊ စီးပွားရေး အရာ အားလုံး သူ့ ကံဇာတာနှင့် သူ ပါ။ ကိုယ့် ကံဇာတာက ပေးဆပ်ရမယ့် ဇာတာ .... ကိုယ့် စိတ်ဓာတ်က ရယူလိုစိတ် .... တကယ့် တကယ်တန်း ဘာမှ ရယူ ပိုင်ဆိုင်ခြင်းမရှိခဲ ့ဘဲ ကိုယ်ကသာ ပြန်ပေးဆပ်ရတဲ့ ၀ဋ်ကြွေး ကံဇာတာ .. အစွန်း နှစ်ဖက်ကြား အချိန်တိုင်း ကိုယ်၊ စိတ် ပင်ပန်းနေရတာမို့ ...... ၀ဋ်ကြွေးရှိရင်ကြေပါရစေ .... စိတ်ကျေနပ်စွာ၊ စိတ်နှစ် ကိုယ်နှစ်၊ စိတ်ပါ လက်ပါ၊ စေတနာစိတ်ထား ပေးဆပ်ရတဲ့ ကိုယ် ဖြစ်ရလိုပါ၏။ Avicci - Wake me up
